Hello...

Hey Guys,

First I would like to give a shout out to my wonderful Aunt Deda and Uncle Guy. She told me to make her famous on my blogsite...I told her that if anyone actually read my blogsite, that might happen.

Tonight we are in Chesapeake, Virgina. We went on a Ferry today. I had a revelation on that 2 hour Ferry. I WILL NEVER TAKE A CRUISE. lol I am not a boat person. I would rather fly. I have to admit it wasn't horrible. But still, 2 hours and 30 min is enough for a life time.

We actually went on 2 Ferries. One was 2 hours the other for 30 min. Thanks for reading.

Until next time.

Love,

My 2 hero's

Hey Guys,

First, I would like to say hello to my best friend. Hey
Kalin....smiles..... Well I have some exciting news I am going back home( Bogalusa) in a week.YYYYYYAAAAAAAYYYYYY

As I laid in bed last night. I was in tears. Why? you may ask. I was thinking about 2 of my hero's. My grandparents. Sedgie and Thelma Benson. They have both passed on. I was remembering one of the last times I saw Paw Paw Sedgie. He was still at home but, he had to stay in bed. He had a hospital bed in the middle of their living room. I remember wondering why does Paw paw have to stay in bed? Why can't he go put me in my tree. I had always wondered when I was little why Mama and Daddy wouldn't let me go to the hospital. I now know. I wouldn't have been able to bear seeing him hooked up to all those machines. He was a wonderful person. He and Maw Maw would pick me up for school and they had a bag of bugles and a orange Sunkist waiting for me...smiles.. They were never late. Then, I would ride the bus home. I tried to hurry through my homework so I could go play at Maw maw and Pawpaw's house. I counted it up. He has been gone for eight years. She, for only two. Boy do I miss them. He always gave me coffee.. lol Maw maw was always telling me it was bad for me but, he always gave it to me. She would keep me when my parents went to work. I was only three. At nap time she always sang "where, oh where, has my little dog gone?" I can't sing that song now with out crying. I regret it now that I didn't go to his funeral. I was only six when he passed. I never said goodbye really. I remember when I was told he was gone. We sat looking at picture. I can remember a couple of months before he got sick he came to our house and we had a water hose fight. I tried to sing at Maw Maw's funeral. I froze up. I loved them very much and still do, to this day. I am sitting here pouring my heart out to you. I am not only pouring out my heart , but my tears as well. Well that's all I have to say tonight.

Love you guys,
Hannah

What does Habitude mean???

The first question you are probably going to ask me is what does habitude mean . Well in the dictionary habitude means, habitual attitude, usual custom or character. In others words it's just means "it is who I am". I wanted something original. Something no one else had thought of. So here it is: "Hannah's Habitude." YAAAAY!!!!!

Now for a little bit about who I am. Well, you have probably guessed my name is Hannah. I am 14 almost 15.(in December) We are missionaries to Central Africa. We are on deputation right now. We have been for 7 months. We were just appointed in February.

My life is a little hectic right now with the traveling and all. We have to do school on the road. ( like a lot other missionary kids) I am not complaining. I love having somewhere to be every day. I am a gogogogo person. So basically I don't know how to relax.lol I am your average girl. I have ten pair too many shoes and a closet full of clothes I don't wear. In my opinion the more shoes you have the better. Now this is where my dad and I differ. He wishes I would get rid of some shoes.lol I said okay the more I get rid of the more room I have for more. YYYYAAAYYY!!!

Anyway, I haven't always been an MK. We first went to Madagascar for eleven months when I was 10. We were With the Richardsons. Boy was that fun. I made a very good friend named Richae. I also made a few African friends, Prisca, Solymay. I hope to make some friends in Central Africa.

I really miss Africa. We have been home 3 years. I guess it's kinda like gumbo. Once you get a taste you never get enough. Oh I forget to tell you I am originally from Louisiana, Bogalusa to be exact. I have lots of friends there: Kalin , April, Emily, Steven, Eli, Lauren, Cammie(my cousin), Elizabeth(also my cousin), and Mabry (also my cousin) There are way too many to name.

But, there is just something about Africa. It just, just.............like Gumbo. I can't wait to get back.

Well I am going to go get rid of some shoes. lol
Love You Guys,
Hannah
