The Piano and the Drums...

As, all of you know we are leaving for Africa in about two weeks. Most know that Thad and I are trying our hardest to allow God to use us in the music field. ( He is blessing us mightily!!! )

We have been praying that God would give us a piano and a drum set to take with us. One of my Nana's friends Miss Connie had a piano that she donated to us. I was soooo elated, excited, exstatic!!! I had been praying that this would happen and it has!!!

Thad has earnestly been praying for a set of drums. My Aunt Deidra has donated a set that she had to Thad. Thad was soooo excited!!! You just can't imagine how excited we really are.

All this happened a couple of weeks ago. I just have been soooo busy that I really haven't posted anything more than " I am busy." LOL

I want to publically thank Miss Connie and Aunt Deidra for giving to the cause of Christ. I hope that Jesus blesses both of you Ten Times over.

We got the chance to play them a little before they left on the container. They both have great sound to them!

These days....

These days we are all in a rush. Trying to get everything done. There's soooo much to do. We leave in about 2 weeks. I am very very excited. I really can't believe it's happening. "In shock" is a good way to put it.

I PASSED DRIVERS ED WITH A 95%!!!!! OK everyone says..."duh Hannah, only silly people fail drivers ed!" LOL But, I was very excited. Everyone was nervous that they weren't going to make a good grade. But, I think everyone did make a good grade!

We had Thanksgiving dinner at Nana's this afternoon. We all ate so much we could barely move. IT WAS GOOD THOUGH!!!! I am still very full.

Tomorrow we are going to load the container. There's soooo much stuff to go in there. I think we'll get it all in.

My cousin is getting married next Saturday.

These are just a little bit of all that is going on right now. Hope you all are doing well!

Here I am!

Hey everyone!
Sorry I haven't posted in a while. We have been very, very busy. We had a great 4 night revival with the Dickson's. You can go to Aunt Denise's blog for some photos of the revival.

I have started Drivers ED classes. That is going well I only have 3 more class room classes. I have a lot more driving to do before I get my permit.

Mom had to go in to the hospital. She had an allergic reaction to her medicine. ( No, her medicine isn't new.) She had to stay in the hospital over night for observation. She, is feeling mush better now! Praise the Lord!!!

Now we are trying to get ready to go to Africa. Time is coming down to the wire. There is soooo much to do! God, is still Good. He has really blessed.

Truth is, I probably won't post a whole lot in the next few weeks. When we get to Africa we will slow down a WHOLE LOT! So, I will catch you all up for the most part then. LOL I will post some and let you know basically what's going on.

My Problem...

Ok I have a problem. Maybe not a big problem to most, but to me it's a problem. Some may see me a silly for blogging about this. But, here is my problem.

I went to the DR today for my phisical. Anyone want to guess how tall I am????? 5.2 & 1/2! Only 5.2 & 1/2! Ok so, yeah really not a big problem but, come on. So, I guess I will go through this life short. And, I guess one of these days I will get over it but, today I shall be a little upset.

It's ok I can wear my hair as high as I want to and I can wear shoes to the ceiling if I want to. Know why? CAUSE I AM SHORT!!!!!!

There's my problem in a nut shell. Now I am going to get over it and pray for other people, who have bigger problems.

God's Blessings

Many of you know who Sis Micki Mangun is. If you know of her then you also know she sings, has Cd's everything. I LOVE her music! My favoritest CD I thought I had lost. ( Yes, I know that favoritest really isn't a word. LOL ) The other day as we were going through everything in the Attic, I found it!!! I was so excited!

The big thing was that it was down in a basket without a case over it. I was afraid it was scratched. But, when I put it in the CD player, it played perfectly.

It's the little things that let you know that God still loves you. I can't tell you how many times I have prayed for that CD to pop up. It never did. Then, when I was least expecting it there it was!

So, please enjoy the small things. And remember that they are God gifts from God too.
