We went to Niagara Falls yesterday. It was awesome!!! Our first stop to tour was the Butterfly Sanctuary. It beautiful!!! All different kinds of butterfly's. Just awesome!
Then we got on the tour bus and went to "Maid of the Mist" boat tour. First we passed the American Falls the we went into heavy rain like mist. If you didn't wear a rain coat you would be drenched! At first you couldn't see anything but, as we neared the Canadian Falls you were able to see more. WE were not able to take very many pics on the boat ride because of the mist. When you got inside the very dense foggy like mist it was like you disappeared. You were not able to see the boat that was in the mist from land. The water was so ruff! It was a little scary because you knew if the boat went down the current would pull you down no fighting! But, we made it. There is one pic of what looks like a whorl pool. That's the water inside the mist.
As you can see by the pics our God created some beautiful "stuff!" Hope you all enjoy the pics!

How wonderful that you were able to visit this incredible God-made wonder, even though the rough waters and "windstorm" seemed a little intimidating! Living through hurricanes and tropical storms in Louisiana probably helped to prepare you for the winds, but not the forceful water current. You certainly never went through those Louisiana style storms in a boat! In spite of your apprehension during the Niagara experience, you took some great pics. See you in about a month, Lord willing...Hey, wanna do some Algebra I while you're here? (JK!) Love ya, Aunt Neese :-)
Not so much the wind as the rain and the current! NO WAY!!!!! I think we can oovoo algebra while I am in africa! LOL
